Amber Bell

Amber graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Psychology. She is a native of Tallahassee, Florida and has long enjoyed the short trip to downtown Thomasville to patronize it's shops and restaurants. She has been involved in the billboard business for the past 7 years. She handled all accounting and bookkeeper for Neil's first billboard company, has worked in medical administration and spent some time teaching preschool children. She is extremely excited to be a managing partner of Rose City Outdoor. Being a people-pleaser by nature, Amber will make sure you are happy with your service as well as the results of your ad campaign. She enjoys camping, reading, eating, decorating, bargain shopping and spending quality time with her family. Amber and Neil live in Tallahassee with their 5 year old daughter and two wild and crazy dogs.

About Neil

Neil Bell

Neil graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Mass Communications. He has been in the billboard business for over 10 years with his focus on digital the last five. As strange as it may sound, billboards are truly Neil's passion. When he's not eating, sleeping or breathing billboards he enjoys hanging out with his wife, playing with their 5 year old daughter, watching movies, reading and playing music. Neil has served as President of The American Advertising Federation-Tallahassee, was featured in Florida Trend Magazines "People Under 30 Shaping Business in Florida", won the The Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce's "Emerging Business of the Year" award, and has owned and operated hundreds of billboard displays in 3 states. After his experience running larger billboard companies Neil has discovered that less is, in fact, more and is happy to run this small digital billboard business that he founded with his wife in the lovely City of Roses.
